Research On The Construction Of Diversified Agricultural Technology Extension System In Guangdong Province

A series of new changes have taken place in China's agriculture and rural areas recently.Under the macro background of structural reform on agricultural supply-side,th ere were undergoing tremendous changes in agriculture itself.For example,with the development of new agricultural management entities,agricultural operation has gradually formed into large-scale and enterprise-oriented,and the degree of agricultural comme rcialization has also been continuously improved.In particular,the emergence of new business entities,which are dominated by leading agricultural enterprises,cooperatives,family farms and large professional families,has changed the way that traditionalagric ultural technologies are needed.Besides,it isn't easy for the popularization system about the old-fashioned and traditional agricultural technology to adapt to the new situation.Based on the above situation,this paper conducted an investigation and research on the construction of diversified agricultural technology extension system in Guangdong province.By carefully sorting out the survey data and referring to the latest research achievements of domestic and foreign literature,the paper was completed by means of sufficient revision.Tightly around the theme on“constructing a diversified agricultural technology extension system”,this paper followed the research train of thought concerning “theoretical discussion,situation analysis,experience learning,countermeasures and recomm endations”.The main content can be divided into four parts.The first part discusses the relevant theories of agricultural technology promotion under the premise of clarifying the related concepts of diversified agricultural technology promotion system,and puts forward the theoretical basis for the construction of multi-agricultural technology promotion system.The second part is the diversified agricultural technology extension system in Guangdong Province.The status quo and problems of the construction were in vestigated,the achievements of Guangdong's diversified agricultural technology promoti on system construction were clarified,and the problems and causes of the construction of Guangdong's diversified agricultural technology extension system were revealed.The third part is to build a diversified agricultural technology extension system at home and abroad.Case study,refine the characteristics of the practice of diversified agricultural technology extension system construction at home and abroad,and explore the experience of construction of agricultural technology extension system at home and abroad;The fourth part is due to the basic theoretical discussion,the analysis of the current situation in the province and the learning on domestic and foreign experience,it recognized the diversified agricultural technology as a closed and open organic system t hrough applying the method of system analysis.Moreover,it proposed a strategy to a ccelerate the construction of a diversified agricultural technology extension system in Guangdong Province under the macro background of structural reform on agricultural supply-side.To promote the growth of modern agriculture and rural areas,the paper argues th at Guangdong Province should strive to build a“one-diversity”diversified agricultural technology promotion system that takes the government agro-technical extension institutions as the main body and sees other non-government agro-technical extension agencies as the mainstay.Because the construction of agricultural technology extension system is an extremely complicated and systematic engineering,it is difficult to be accomplis hed in one move whether academic research or actual construction.In this paper,some ideas andsuggestions,based on the previous research and practice,were put forward merely for reference.
