On The Establishment Of Hunan Chaling County Agricultural Science And Technology Extension Team

Strengthening the promotion of agricultural science and technology extension team can better promote the implementation of agricultural technology extension work. Agricultural science and technology extension work of Chaling county is the focus content to the agricultural modernization,over the years, Chaling had made a lot efforts. But the empirical study found that agricultural science and technology promotion team of Chaling has insufficient number of staff, the age structure is too large, relatively simple gender structure; educational lever is not high, science technology type structure is relatively simple, too few high-tech professionals; distribution structure in some township agricultural extension officers exists unreasonable distribution. Summarized the agricultural science and technology extension team’s building problems are:promotion team structure is irrational, the overall quality is low;the lack of a good agricultural science and technology extension environment; the backward promotion, and hardware foundation facilities are not complete; grassroots extension workers distracted, village class features quite lacking; less contact between the township agricultural station, communication is not,the experience mutual complementarity is difficult to achieve. In order to improve the promotion of chaling agricultural science and technology extension problems in team building this paper presents several targeted and feasible countermeasures and suggestions:.optimizing promotion team structure,improve the overall quality;improve the development environment of the promotion staff; innovation promotion measures,strengthening the agricultural science and technology promotion infrastructure; optimization of agricultural extension system, to make up for the lack of village-level functions; strengthening rural farming station construction technology, regularly organized regular exchange of experience, building a lean and efficient agricultural technology promotion team.
