Study On Agricultural Extension Service In Mudanjiang Region

Due to the long and weak accumulation of poverty,China's agricultural base is still relatively weak,agricultural equipment is relatively backward,urban and rural economic and social development gap widening situation has increased,there are still many difficulties in increasing farmers' income.To change these conditions,we must vigorously promote agricultural science and technology innovation.As one of the necessary links to the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements,the quality of agricultural technology extension service has become a concern of all parties.In this paper,in order to more clearly understand the reason of agricultural extension service in Mudanjiang area of the status quo,existing problems and problems,carried out detailed research on its.At the same time,in order to better promote the development of Agricultural Technology Extension Service in the region,this paper also puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.Through this research,we can get the following conclusions:(1)the main mode of Agricultural Technology Extension Service in Mudanjiang area can be divided into three kinds: "leading enterprises to lead the agricultural technology extension service","farmers experience driven by agricultural technology extension service" mode,"government leading agricultural technology extension service mode.(2)the existing agricultural extension service in Mudanjiang area of the problems is the backward management system,function positioning mechanism of chaos;education,scientific research,agricultural technology extension line,can not form a cohesive force;the new agricultural science and technology achievement conversion rate is not high;a serious shortage of agricultural technology promotion funds,influence work;comprehensive quality promotion personnel is not high,the team is not stable;popularization system is not perfect,has yet to establish a diversified pattern;promoting the concept of lag,agricultural technology promotion methods and means are backward.(3)the factors affecting agricultural technology extension service in Mudanjiang area to carry out the macro aspect of grassroots cadres do not pay enough attention and government support in two aspects;the microcosmic aspects are mainly farmers understand the new agricultural technology,the scale of operation of agricultural products,the degree of commercialization,the demonstration effect in 7 aspects.(5)in order to better promote the popularization of agricultural technology service in Mudanjiang area,this paper puts forward the following suggestions and measures: to lay the foundation for the popularization of agricultural technology development and the right direction(to increase personnel training,provide talent basis,increase science and technology research and development efforts and achieve new agricultural and market);strengthen the government on the promotion of agricultural technology guidance and support(further strengthen the organization and leadership,to play a leading role,strengthen government support for farmers to learn Agricultural Technology);create good conditions(to improve the cultural quality and strengthen the peasants' enthusiasm for learning and participation).
