With the rapid development of the social economy,the agricultural development level of our country has also been greatly improved.At the same time,the role of science and technology in the development of agriculture is becoming more and more important.How to introduce advanced science and technology in the agricultural production and operation is a question which is worth thinking deeply by the government and the relevant departments.Questions.In recent years,all regions in China have actively explored the measures to improve the agricultural technology extension system,and have achieved certain results,but at the same time there are some unavoidable problems,such as the simplification of the mechanism,the formwork and the lack of systematicness.At the present stage,the construction of Agricultural Technology Extension System in China is still in its infancy.There are some problems in the aspects of private promotion and cooperation organization,which can not give full play to the role of organization organization.In addition,the current agricultural technology extension system also has a certain bureaucratic wind,the overall quality of the staff is low,the efficiency is not high and the overall organizational structure is more bloated,and the phenomenon of overstaffing is more obvious.In order to improve this situation,we urgently need to re build a new agricultural technology extension to adapt to the actual needs of the socialist new rural development,so as to effectively improve the overall eff-iciency of farmers' production and management.With the deepening of the market economy,the existing technology extension system is difficult to adapt to the actual needs of agricultural development in the new situation of our country,not only is not conducive to the improvement of farmers' production efficiency level,but also hinders the development of the new socialist rural cause in China.The purpose of this study is to analyze and analyze the main problems of the Agricultural Technology Extension System in our country through the careful study of the current agricultural technology extension system in China,and analyze the problems from the internal development theory,the theory of agricultural weak quality,the theory of public products and so on.On the basis of the experience of advanced technology popularization at home and abroad,a set of agricultural technology extension system and specific implementation strategy adapted to the actual situation of agricultural economic development in China are summarized.The systematic review and summary of the excellent research experience at home and abroad,laid a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up study,and provided a reliable reference for local governments at all levels to formulate corresponding policies and to carry out agricultural technology promotion activities.The study found that the promotion and application of diversified agricultural technology not only accelerated the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to labor productivity,but also effectively improved the comprehensive quality of farmers,and provided strong and powerful internal support for the development of the socialist new rural construction.
