A Study On Process Optimization Of Import Food Supervision In Jinan

As the living standards of the people have increased in recent years,the demand for imported food is also increasingly strong,and the customs serves as the port authority,and bears the responsibility for the import of food supervision.Since China's entry into the wto,the import of food products has grown rapidly.The existing supervision and control procedures are too long,the burden of enter:prises is too high,customs clearance and inspection procedures are cumbersome,and many other problems,can not meet the growing demand for imports.In particular,the problem of "high inspection rate,low detection rate" has been questioned in trade negotiations for many times,and process optimization is imperative.In this paper,it is based on the approach of the theory and empirical study,which is based on the import of the food regulatory process of jinan customs,which is based on the process of the import of food regulation process in jinan,and it's a systematic analysis and research,based on theoretical research and field research,using the public management of the relevant theories,and also,in the meantime,to take a look at the course of the regulatory process of importing food,and to study the challenges that customs have encountered in the course of the rapid development of food imports.According to these problems,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the further process reform of the customs.In the research ideas,divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction.The second part elaborates the basic concepts and related theories of import food supervision.The second part elaborates the related theories and concepts of import food supervision.The third part introduces the development process and practical exploration of the supervision process of imported food in China,and introduces the results of the optimization of the supervision process of imported food in jinan.The fourth part introduces the problems and causes in the optimization of regulatory process.The main problems include:incomplete legal system construction at the macro level,weak follow-up supervision,insufficient horizontal cooperation in the market circulation field,and weak sense of responsibility of specific enterprises.The fifth part introduces the advanced experience and enlightenment in food supervision process optimization at home and abroad.The sixth part is the existing food regulatory problems exposed in process optimization,comprehensive reform of domestic and foreign advanced experience,analysis of jinan customs supervision measures and the problems facing in the process optimization,puts forward the further optimization countermeasures and Suggestions of customs import food regulatory process,for our country to implement the national customs import food regulatory reference for optimizing process based on practical experience and reference.
