| Since the concept of process management has been proposed at the end of20thcentury, peoplerealized important role of process in business management. As the management mode changing fromfunction oriented to process oriented, the process has became one of the drivers of the businessdevelopment. On the basis of that companys need continuous improvement rather than revolutionarychanges, which demonstrated by the failure of the process reengineering, the concept of processoptimization has been proposed. This paper achieves the fundamentally process of optimal controlfrom the point of view of the process node.Firstly, this paper analyze the current situation of the process management and processoptimization and found that previous research mainly foucs on surface level, lacking of deeplyresearch. Process node is the composition of process and directly affect the merits of process. At thesame time, previous research only focus on the concept of cancle, simplify, rearrange and combination,have not given the way. In order to solve these problems, this paper research on process node and tryto find the solution of process optimization by penetrating into the internal process.Based on the theory of process node which included by business process system, this paper givesrenew descriptions of the concept of process group, process, process node and process unit. Besides,this paper gives the method of reconstructing and diagnosing and by analyzing attribute of processnodes, summarizing the existing workflow. Secondly, on the base of splitting process node, this papergives a method of process node cancle, simplify, rearranging and combination, improving the process.Then, this paper gives the evaluation index system of the process optimization and evaluationmethods. Last, this paper takes the HR flow in PG company as an example, optimizating the existingprocess by research conclusion and confirming the effectiveness of process optimization technologyby evaluating the optimization results. |
