| The new vehicle prepare center refers to an institution in which the imported cars’ appearance and quality need to be inspected and maintained after the completion of the import formalities and before being sent to the car sales agents. As a part of car sales, the prepare center is an extension of manufacturers in China. Nowadays the competitive pressure has constantly increased, and the operational efficiency of the prepare center directly affects the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises engaged in imported cars.Taking an imported vehicle prepare center of Tianjin as the research subject, the thesis researched business process optimization and operation improvement. The main research contents included: 1)it analyzed some relevant issues, such as the specific tools, the daily driving warehouse of the prepare center, the operation specification of maintenance and the plane layout of the maintenance warehouse. And according to these issues, it made some improvements; 2)according to the relevant business process of accessories management, it analyzed the existing problems and then classified the accessories by the virtue of ABC classification. And it formulated some corresponding improving measures based on the classification. At last, it confirmed the responsibility of relevant parts and specific operation, and it analyzed the improved effect; 3)it researched the quality judgment of the vehicle delivery process and problems processing procedure. Based on them, it made an analysis and improvement. At last, it discussed the relevant investigated conclusion and gave an outlook. |
