After Chinese Jinrongshichang entered a brief spring,the country began to macro-control Jinrongshichang and adjust financial policies.This means that Jinrongshichang's spring is about to end,the speed of development is gradually slowing down,and the industry supervision is gradually increasing.Although this change is beneficial to Jinrongshichang's long-term development,due to the fierce competition,many financial companies can not adapt to this change for a time,and problems in business strategies and human resources management have also been exposed.The financial industry as a whole is characterized by rapid mobility,low staff morale,high human resource costs,a steep decline in the operating efficiency of companies,and even many small financial companies that have already closed down or are about to close down.Although Ping An&Whitney Financial Guangxi Branch is backed by Ping An Group,due to its short establishment time,after rapid development,there have been a series of management problems such as large staff turnover,low employee enthusiasm,and low organizational performance.As a result,the development of enterprises has been seriously hampered.In order to solve the problems in the management of PAPH Guangxi Branch,this article selected the employee respect degree as the analysis angle,conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation and influencing factors of PAPH Guangxi Branch,and consulted the relevant literature before conducting the survey.After combining the management problems currently faced by PAPH Guangxi,it is assumed that the seven factors related to professionalism are:corporate sense of belonging,career development,corporate culture,work processes,remuneration benefits,work atmosphere,and growth and development factors.After collecting,collating and analyzing the research data,the lower level of dedication of PAPH Guangxi Branch was assessed.After a series of analyses,it was found that the employee respect degree of PAPH Guangxi Branch was influenced by factors such as career development,work flow,work atmosphere,and growth and training,and the existing problems in staff management of PAPH Guangxi Branch were obtained.To solve these problems,the company's actual situation has several suggestions for improving professionalism:First,provide staff with promotion space and provide career planning;Secondly,enrich the content and form of training to provide diversified training and growth for employees;Third,strengthen the professional quality and management level of managers; Finally,construct the scientific working mechanism.Help enterprises to improve the level of employee respect,improve the management of human resources.
