The status quo of management practice shows that staff turnover rate remains high in IT enterprises and an increasing number of firms confronting such prominent problems as low enthusiasm and inadequate creativity of employees.What above mentioned is a particular problem for“post 90s”,a generation with extraordinary characteristics and distinctive professional ideology.Therefore,the tough problems,how to improve their engagement as well as bring their independence and creativity into full play,have emerged as strategic ones which can not be ignored by the human resource department and must be handled as soon as possible.After delivering questionnaires to the "post 90s" staff in DR conglomerate,collecting data and analyzing their engagement,targeted measures are put forward to improve the situation.This paper consists of six chapters.The first one mainly tells us about the research background and the meaning and purpose of conducting it.The second sorts out the research findings of domestic and abroad scholars as well as consultancy companies from such aspects as the concept,dimension,related effects and factors concerning staff engagement.The research on staff characteristics in IT sector is also analyzed and boiled down to valuable conclusions.The third introduces the research background of the engagement of“post 90s”staff in DR conglomerate,analyzing their behavior characteristics and employment values.In the fourth chapter,study mode is constructed and presupposition is put forward.The author analyzes the research result of the“post 90s”staffs'engagement status quo in DR conglomerate,finally finding out the factors and mechanism that affect engagement.Based on the findings in the last chapter,the author comes up with countermeasures for improving the engagement of“post 90s”members in DR conglomerate,unfolding the strategy from compensation benefit,managers' leadership skills,employees' professional training and work atmosphere.The sixth summarized all conclusions in this paper,it points out the limitations of this research while presents the outlook of future research area.In practice,the subject's analysis of the structure and the influence factors of employee engagement among the "post 90s" provide references for deepening the IT enterprises'understanding of employee engagement of such group.Furthermore,it is instrumental in adopting targeted incentives and management for enterprise managers to improve employee engagement,which has a profound and far reaching significance both for the development of organizations and individuals.The author chooses the“post 90s”staff in DR conglomerate of IT industry as the research subject,which further study the engagement on micro-level theory.From this point,the selected topic has certain theoretical significance.In the end,this paper proposed targeted strategies with practical application value for enhancing the“post 90s”staffs' engagement,which can be directly borrowed by enterprise strategic-level and human resource department in taking effective management measures.
