Travel agency’s employees is regarded as the research object of this text. On the basis of the researching results on employee engagement from domestic and foreign scholars, this text adopts the work resources-work requirements model to test survey data’s reliability and validity, with the help of mature scale in the existing research. At the same time, descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis has been made for further research on influencing factors, evaluation and promotion path of employee engagement. This study draws the following conclusions: firstly, the employee engagement of the travel agency is in the middle level. Secondly, for the work resource factors, salary structure / management, work importance, work integrity, rewards, organization based self-esteem and supports from supervisor have significant positive effects on the dynamic dimension of employee engagement, while organization based self-esteem, work integrity, salary structure / management, internal service influent the dedication of staff engagement obviously. The dimension of the concentration of employee engagement is affected by salary structure / management and organization based self-esteem. Thirdly, for job requirement factors, job insecurity and family interference with work are the key negative influencing factor of the dynamic dimension of employee engagement, while job insecurity, working load affect the dedication of staff engagement and the dimension of the concentration of employee engagement is influenced by family interference with work, job insecurity, work interference with family, interpersonal conflict and role conflict.The significance of this research lies in the research content is more specific, more targeted, so as to enrich the theoretical framework of our study of employee engagement, for travel agencies, the study can help the travel agency managers find the problems existing in its employee engagement management. In order to guide the management of travel agency effectively, reasonable engagement strategies which can strengthen the positive influence or weaken negative influence is proposed.
