Jack Welch ever said," Any company who wants to win by competition must manage to make its employees engaged." In the era of knowledge economy, if a enterprise can make use of knowledge employee’s talents, which will bring a large of profit to the enterprise. As we all know, many corporations have serious problems of low engagement, so how to let them engage, which confuse the managers and draw the concern from the academic circle. Facing this condition, more and more domestic companies often sought ways to improve knowledge employee engagement, however, it does not turn out to be effective.Therefore, studying the influencing factors of the knowledge employee engagement in construction enterprise is a very challenging and practical significance issue.In this paper, based on literature research, I revise and design the " the questionnaire on influencing factors of knowledge employee engagement in the A construction ",and select six factors including the nature of work, leadership behavior, relationships, personal professional development, salary and welfare, organization management system, to study the influence to knowledge employee engagement and its dimensions.On the basis of survey data of159knowledge employee from the A construction,with the statistical analysis, descriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS17.0software,we finally draw the following conclusions:1. Knowledge employee’s job engagement of the A construction enterprise is significantly different in different sex; Knowledge employee engagement, organization engagement are significantly different in the different post; The nature of work is significantly different in the different post; Leadership behavior and personal professional development of knowledge employee are significantly different in different education levels and post; Organization managing system is significantly different in different marital status and post.2. Job engagement, organization engagement and knowledge employee engagement are significantly positively related; The nature of work, leadership behavior, relationships, personal professional development, salary and welfare, organization management system are significantly correlated with knowledge employee engagement and its dimensions.3. The nature of work and leadership behavior are the most important factors influencing knowledge employee engagement of the construction enterprise, then relationships, salary and welfare; Leadership behavior shows more influence to job engagement, then the nature of work, relationships, organization managing system; The nature of work shows more influence to organization engagement, then leadership behavior, salary and welfare. Personal professional development do not enter the models, and isn’t significant on knowledge employee engagement and its dimensions, but the regression coefficients are positive, and are consistent with the correlation analysis.Based on the above major findings, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction enterprise managers. Suggestions include:Recognize the characteristics of knowledge employee’s job and optimize the allocation of human resources; Promot the art of leadership and strengthen knowledge employee’s cohesion; Emphasis on personal professional development and promote knowledge employee’s personal comprehensive ability; Place importance on team construction and build a good working environment; Make a scientific salary system and increase knowledge employee’s engagement; Improve organization system’s building and provide a good working platform for knowledge employee.
