Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Supervision In Xinghua From The Perspective Of Rule Of Law

Entering the new period of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China's economic and social development has been further improved.The main social contradictions have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.Food safety is the subject of the people's needs for a better life.With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living standards,food safety has undergone a fundamental change,with the traditional quantity assurance to the quality of safety.Food safety is an important issue of people's livelihood,related to the national economy and people's livelihood,food safety level is a country and region food production,innovation,research and development capabilities of the concentrated embodiment,but also reflects the administrative supervision of the level of management and market order.In recent years,with the people's increasing demand for food quality and safety,major food safety incidents continue to highlight,the food safety field has been stringent and high accident concurrent situation,greatly aggravated the people's concern about food safety issues.In this context,food safety supervision should be strengthened to fully demonstrate its importance in regulating market behavior and regulating food production and circulation.As one of the top 100 counties in China,Xinghua City is located in the Yangtze River Delta region with highly developed economy and society.The main bodies of various markets are extremely active.There are many small enterprises and workshops in food production and processing.It is directly related to the food safety and health of the people in Xinghua City and even the surrounding areas to ensure the supervision of their food safety.Although the frequency and degree of food safety incidents have been reduced in recent years under strict supervision measures,small-scale food safety incidents still occur frequently,which poses a serious challenge to food safety.Under the situation that the food safety problem is still serious,it is of great significance to analyze the specific situation of food safety supervision in Xinghua City,grasp the difficulties and causes,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the actual situation of food safety supervision in Xinghua City,this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis and Discussion on food safety supervision in Xinghua City with the help of relevant research methods of public management theory,and finds out the predicament and deep-seated influencing factors of food safetysupervision in Xinghua City.At the same time,drawing on the successful experience of food safety supervision in Hong Kong,based on the actual situation of food safety production in Xinghua City,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for food safety supervision in Xinghua City.
