Study On The Supervision System Of Food Safety In C Town Of Zhejiang Province

Citizens are most cared by a country. Likewise, food is the first necessity of people, serving as material foundation for the existence and development of human being. Therefore, food safety plays an important role in the national economy and the people’s livelihood. A sound supervision system is the guarantee for food safety. Facing more and more severe food safety situation, the governments at all levels are probing into how to build a good food safety supervision system. However, most of them simply take measures in policies and functions, failing to set up a satisfactory food safety supervision system and meet the needs of the mass for the food safety in grass-roots units.Studying on current food supervision situation and surveying development history of pot stewed products in C town of Zhejiang province, this paper is analyzing the problems existed in food safety supervision system of C town and trying to build a framework of food safety supervision system for towns.
