A Study Of The Food Safety Supervision In Nanjing City

As In rencent years, food safety incident occurs constantly, food safety problem has become a focus of people. The occurrence of food safety problem not only incurs great damages to people's healthy, but also brings about lots of economic loss. According with the cover of food produce technology, trade dispute and trade barrier, the influence of food safety problem has been enlarged. As management deparment, government has responsibility and obligation to take charge of food safety problem. Every nation has established their own food safety supervision system, but noone is the best. How to conduct better supervision within the limited resources has become an important issue of every nation.The object of this article is food safety supervision system in Nanjing. First,the article analyzes the present condition of food safety and parses the main reasons that influence food safety of our country. The result shows that the reasons are animacule pollution, environment pollution, the abuse of input and the second pollution of food producing, processing, packing, storing, transporting and so on; Second,through the difference of food safety supervision system at home and abroad, the article analyzes the main problems of supervision system in our country; Third, the article analyzes the execution effect of food supervision system in Nanjing on the base of a lot of datas. The article has done on-site inspection in Nanjing, and uses statistical analysis, the result shows that customers in Nanjing are mostly satisfied with the food safety supervision. Last, the article gives out suggestions on reasonably using public resources and improving food safety supervision.
