Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of H Bank's Incentive Mechanism

With the rapid development of the world economy,the operating environment of the banking industry has been changing constantly.The competition between banks has evolved from the products and services provided by banks to how to retain professionals.The incentive mechanism is a very important part in the management of modern commercial banks.To improve the incentive mechanism is the key for enterprises to attract,retain,make good use of,and give full play to the intellectual capital of enterprises.This paper takes H Bank as the research object,according to the characteristics of H Bank,from the aspect of employee motivation,analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the human resource incentive mechanism of this enterprise,and based on the questionnaire survey,This paper discusses how to effectively motivate the employees,stimulate the potential of the employees,strive to make the staff work enthusiasm,innovation ability have a certain degree of improvement,the loss rate of outstanding talents in enterprises can be reduced.In order to H bank staff incentive mechanism adjustment and reform to provide a reference.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,the main contents,methods and technical routes of the research are briefly described,and then the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of H bank are analyzed from the perspective of incentive theory.And the causes of the problem are analyzed,from the establishment of a reasonable salary incentive mechanism,the construction of a scientific honor evaluation system,the construction of an effective performance appraisal system.Four aspects,such as establishing a perfect staff training system,put forward countermeasures to optimize the incentive mechanism of H Bank.Through these measures,we hope to improve the efficiency of employees and promote the good and long-term development of H Bank.
