Many of the best companies at home and abroad with the actual development of a good interpretation of where the importance of human resources, such as Microsoft and IBM, China’s Huawei America, these successful companies are the outstanding talents in a very important position, which allows them to attract world-class talent within the relevant areas, and as a basis for human resources were fully excavated, inspire enthusiasm and work potential talent to achieve the efficient use of human resources, and ultimately create a lot of wealth to achieve the business goals. Compared with these successful companies, many companies have a number of employees and a lot, but can not mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to work, not work to stimulate the ability of employees, resulting in human resources can not completely get the value created for development of enterprises have some obstacles. So, how to make every employee can play to the maximum extent of personal ability to inspire enthusiasm and work potential employees to ensure personal goals consistent with business goals, is an important issue to be considered every modern enterprise, but also a lot of good important guarantee of business success. Thus, the study of incentives in human resource management has a very important significance.From the structure of this paper is divided into a total of six parts:The first chapter is an introduction to the background and issues raised, significance, contents and methods of doing an overview. The second chapter is the literature review, the main motivation for the human resource management-related content, theory, method and do a review of the role and reviewed. The third chapter of the status quo Z’s current situation as well as human resource management incentives to make a note and find out the problems and cause analysis of the problem. The fourth chapter is to identify issues for the third chapter, proposed solutions and the implementation of targeted and security measures related to the use of incentive theory. The fifth chapter is related to the implementation of measures and safeguards. The last chapter is to make a full summarized.Although this article combines theory incentives for Z Corporation proposes a method to solve the problem, but there are some areas still need improvement.
