With the development of economic globalization,the internationalization of Chinese enterprises is also growing,small and medium-sized enterprises,as an important component of China's economic and social,have created a lot of GDP and employment in our country.Relevant data showed that the average life of the small and medium-sized enterprise is for three years.In addition to the financing difficulties and the lack of technological innovation,the lack of a scientific and effective talent management also led to the loss of talent,which seriously hindered the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.In this paper,taking Tianjin Shengshiyongye present situation of the human resources management incentive survey data as an example,to the content,process,behavior modification type incentive theory as the foundation,through literature research,empirical study,the methods of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis method,combining with the industry environment,find company on salary,performance,spirit incentive problems,the following conclusions are put forward based on specific issues.In terms of salary incentive mechanism,according to the different compensation of employees position and job design,and the different salary structure;In terms of performance management,to set up the overall effective performance appraisal system,strengthening the staff awareness of performance,performance evaluation results timely feedback;In the spiritual aspect,to build a corporate culture system,improve the employees' career management system,set up staff training system. |
