With the deepening of China's reform and opening degree and economic system constantly improved,over the past few decades,our country small and medium-sized private enterprises have achieved rapid development,the scale is growing,the effect on promoting the economic development of the society as a whole is more and more obvious.Since entering the new century,especially small and medium-sized private enterprises,with its management characteristics,such as flexibility and innovation,in promoting employment and improve people's living standards,improving the structure of the economy and the promotion of China's economic restructuring and development have played a great role in promoting,small and medium-sized private enterprises have become an important part of China's economic development and essential power.But with the economic development of our country enters the new normal,facing the transformation of the downward pressure and economic pressure also increases increasingly,make the market more competitive,and present comprehensive competition trend,the competition between small and medium-sized private enterprises is not only is the business competition,more talent and competition in human resources,especially in the talents as the first production elements in the knowledge economy era,the human resources of small and medium-sized private enterprises more competitive,and also is more important to the development of enterprises.Human resources management has become one of the main content of modern enterprise management,especially for small and medium enterprises,human resources management level is directly related to the success or failure of the development.In order to adapt to the requirements of the development of MX in recent years the company has also launched a number of reform,through the strengthening of the education and training of employees,salary welfare system reform and other measures.Strengthen incentives,so that human resources condition has greatly improved.At the same time,because of market competition,to the overall situation of MX company human resources to improve the incentive mechanism,especially the defects existing in the further growth of restricted company.It can be said that the development of human resources management and incentive mechanism Whether it is sound or not is a strategic task that MX company needs to strengthen in the future.Based on this,this paper presents a research on the optimization of the incentive mechanism of MX company human resource management,human resources management in the actual case of MX company,the integrated use of literature analysis,comparative research method,questionnaire method,the analysis and research of MX company,put forward some suggestions for improvement,in order to improve the human resource management of MX company at the same time,to provide reference for the improvement of human resources management of other small and medium-sized private enterprises.In this specific study,will be the first of this paper,some of the research background,significance,purpose and methods were introduced briefly,and related incentive mechanism of human resources management theory and summarized the literature review and summary,to lay a solid foundation for this article concrete study;Then from MX company in human resources management present situation,problems and reasons of comprehensive analysis,human resources management incentive mechanism optimization scheme for MX company build based and basis of the practice of MX company human resources management incentive mechanism optimization scheme to build,finally from establishing an effective system and culture safeguard mechanism,establish a reasonable and effective information collection mechanism,establish a scientific incentive mechanism,evaluation mechanism,incentive mechanism,perfecting the incentive mechanism to ensure the process of tracking implementation results of the applicationAs well as the effectiveness of the human resource management system,the evaluation of six aspects of the implementation of the human resources management strategy in MX company is put forward.
