In today's society, an enterprise to be in an invincible position in the competition, which is a factor which plays a crucial role in the implementation of scientific human resources management, implementation of scientific human resources management mode cannot do without a reasonable incentive mechanism, incentive mechanism and improve the level of a company's decision of enterprise the production efficiency to a great extent, and long-term development of enterprises play a fundamental role, therefore, incentive mechanism is the top priority of the whole human resources management in the enterprise.This paper mainly adopts literature analysis, comparative analysis of research methods are diversified method, chart analysis method, in order to conduct a comprehensive study on the incentive mechanism of H employees in Zhengzhou city at the present stage from different angles. In this paper, through the method of field survey found that Zhengzhou H enterprise employees incentive mechanism has many problems, such as the material and spiritual incentives are not in place, the performance appraisal incentive mechanism is not perfect,imperfect incentive, training incentive compensation is not reasonable, the enterprise culture motivation is not thorough and so on. In this paper, on the basis of field investigation, through the use of domestic and foreign advanced and mature theory and practice experience, to improve the incentive scheme design of Zhengzhou H enterprises. In this paper, based on the application of the hierarchy of needs theory and the theory of scientific management, using the field research method, quantitative analysis and other research methods, trying to build a scientific and reasonable incentive plan for enterprise employees. The main contents are: first,the incentive principle and design ideas; second, design of incentive mechanism, strengthen the spiritual and material incentives include two aspects; third, improve the performance appraisal incentive mechanism; fourth, resume training incentive mechanism, including the implementation of flexible training methods, training content should be taken according to the incentive teaching motivation; fifth, develop an effective compensation system, including the selection of suitable compensation incentive system, determine the reasonable salary level;finally, Zhengzhou H enterprise employees incentive plan implementation measures, including correctly grasp the incentive principle, strengthen employee incentive mechanism, establish employee demand forecast classification database, construction harmonious interpersonal relationship company etc.
