With the further implementation of the supply-side reform,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Under these circumstances,talents are becoming the key factor for enterprises to keep their advantages in the competition.For the service industry such as customer service center,the perfect and advanced human resource management system is the most important part of enterprise development.The JD Campus Training Center is a campus customer service center which is affiliated with the JD customer service center and is cooperating with universities.It mainly recruits college students to do part-time telephone customer service work.Because of the short time,the new model and the special staff,the current staff incentive mechanism can not fully play its role in motivating employees.In order to get better development of JD Campus Training Center,it is imperative to improve its incentive mechanism.Based on the reference of domestic and foreign advanced incentive theory,combined with the telephone customer service industry characteristics,cooperation pattern characteristics,college students part-time employees and staff training center of the JD campus characteristics of the actual situation,this paper is studied by using questionnaires and interviews of part-time staff training center campus JD incentive mechanism,to find out the existing problems from these five aspects:the salary system,performance appraisal system,training system,employee occupation planning,and enterprise culture,on this basis,combined with the objectives and principles of employee motivation,the corresponding countermeasures would be put forward to provide employees of the guarantee of human resources management for the JD Campus Training Center,human resources for the implementation of the JD Campus Training Center of the strategic objectives of the organization's competitive advantage,and for other enterprises to provide a reference.
