With the saturation of the construction market and the gradual improvement of the overall quality of China's construction industry,the construction industry has put forward higher requirements for the professional ability of employees.At present,the employees of construction enterprises in our country are still far from mastering sales skills and real estate knowledge.To build a scientific staff training system,improve the overall quality of employees,and build a high-level staff team are the most important problems that need to be solved by current construction enterprises in China.Therefore,this paper takes GD Construction Company as the research object.Through the research on the construction and optimization of its staff training system,this paper provides new countermeasures for enterprises to enhance their staffs professional ability and comprehensive quality,and then to improve their market competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.Based on the elements of the staff training system,this paper analyses the current situation of the organizational system and process system of the staff training in GD Construction Company.By using questionnaires and field interviews,it analyses the attitudes of the employees of GD Construction Company towards the current training system.Based on the survey results,it is found that the staff training management and guarantee system of GD Construction Company is not sound.There are three major problems:lack of standardization in the process of training implementation and unreasonable training methods and contents.Further analysis finds that the problems mentioned above are caused by the imperfect organizational structure of training,the imperfect training management system,the inadequate implementation of training centers,the lack of guarantee for training teams and teachers,the lack of monitoring and evaluation in the process of training implementation,and the unclear power and responsibility.In this regard,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the staff training system of GD Construction Company from three aspects:the course design of staff training,the selection of training methods,the control of training process and the evaluation and feedback of staff training results.The disadvantage of this paper is that it does not consider the influence factors of staff training effect.In addition,this paper is mainly based on traditional research methods such as questionnaires and interviews,so the quantitative research is insufficient.This is the main limitation of this study.Future research can focus on the evaluation of factors affecting employee training.Based on the quantitative model,the optimization of employee training system can be realized from the key factors.
