| Today’s society is a society in the era of knowledge economy.Human resources are becoming the core competitiveness of the company’s development and are the most valuable and worthwhile investment resources of the company.Among the relevant companies in the human resources service industry,the value of human resources is particularly important.Training is an important part of corporate human resource management and one of the key factors for the survival and sustainable development of an enterprise.How to effectively train employees,mobilize their enthusiasm,give full play to their potential,create value for the company,and realize the company’s strategic goals are issues that each company must consider.The competency model has been widely used in domestic and foreign enterprises.Experts and scholars both at home and abroad have put forward many characteristics of competency through the study and summarization and have been applied in practical management.The competency model-based training system is more scientific and targeted than the traditional training system.It can quickly increase employees’ competency level and enhance their core competitiveness.This thesis takes the training of Shanghai JS Co.,Ltd.as a part-time employee to optimize the company’s training system.Based on the actual situation of the company,it discusses how to effectively train part-time employees so that they can meet the needs of each position of the company and reduce the turnover rate of part-time employees.Through the methods of literature research,work analysis,interviews,and questionnaires,combined with the competency model,according to the company’s future development strategy and the actual situation of the employees,analyze the training needs from the analysis of job competencies,and improve the training objectives,training plans,effectiveness evaluation,etc.,to form a training system that is more in line with the actual situation of the company.In addition,a series of problems existed in the original training system,such as low enthusiasm for employee training,little reflection of training content,inconsistent training input and output,and inaccurate assessment of training results,were further considered.The study of post competency has been optimized in terms of training methods,curriculum design,and effect evaluation.The iceberg model was used to classify the competency and concluded that,for part-time employees,the explicit competence in knowledge and skills is the focus of training for the company in the future.This will be the starting point for the optimization of the training system,more targeted,reasonable,operability and effectiveness.The optimized training system has increased the training enthusiasm of part-time employees,reduced the cost of training,and reduced the turnover rate of part-time employees.To sum up,this thesis builds the company’s competency model by analyzing the company’s job competencies,combining the actual situation of the company and the particularity of the employees.On this basis,the existing problems of the training system were analyzed and the training objectives,training methods,curriculum design and effect evaluation were optimized.It ensures the effectiveness of part-time employees’ training,enables them to better adapt to the job,reduces the turnover rate,allows the company to better face the challenges of the market,promote the company’s further development,and meet the company’s future development strategy. |
