With the rapid development of the international refrigeration compressor industry,concentration of global compressor market is increasing,leading compressor manufacturers are working hard to improve their competitive power through the integration of industry.Meanwhile,in recent years,refrigeration compressor industry of China is growing rapidly driven by the downstream demand.According to the twelfth Five-year Development Plan,there will be extensive development space for refrigeration compressor industry in domestic market.At the same time,it also provides unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the refrigeration compressor industry to speed up the upgrading of product quality and surpass the world standard.Accordingly,it's important for R & D of refrigeration compressor units and their related enterprises to meet the market demand quickly and accurately.P-c is a joint venture enterprise established by the domestic B group and Japan funded P group,it's a refrigeration and air-conditioning compressor manufacturing enterprise integrating the function of R&D,design,manufacture,sale,engineering,installation and technical services.P-c's R&D center the first overseas R & D center set up by P group in China,which is in charge of research and development of refrigeration compressor.To keep competitive in the world's largest market,it's an important issue for P group to consider,how to make full use of the capabilities of R&D members,exploit advantage of local product developing,allocate the limited resources with market-orientated principle,improve the R&D efficiency,reduce the cost and avoid the risk.This paper is based on the present situation of P-c R&D center,Through interviews,comparative analysis and other methods,attempt to find the key issues in their R&D project management and hunt after the fundamental cause of the issues.Try to find a method to optimize their incentive mechanism,according to the basic theory of incentive,Based on P-c's original performance appraisal system,Put forward the Compatible incentive program for P-c In terms of salary,career development,etc.in order to improve the work efficiency of P-c's R&D center,and enhance P-c's product competitiveness.In addition,this paper proposes the implementation of safeguards to the project,from the organization,human resources,data support and so on.The paper's research will help P-c R & D center to improve the efficiency and quality of product development,and improve resource utilization,At the same time,improve the ability of R & D personnel and their comprehensive quality,then enhance the core competitiveness of P-c's R & D.I hope this research can provide a reference for product development management of domestic similar refrigeration compressor units and parts related enterprise.
