In recent years, with the development of modern communication technology, in the face of the fierce competition in the home and abroad, the traditional natural resources quantity and quality as the core competitiveness of the concept of gradual change, postal enterprises also gradually realize the importance of people as the core competitiveness.Inspire and promote the work of the staff enthusiasm, give full play to the staffs wisdom is the key to improve the efficiency of the enterprise, is also the embodiment of the enterprise core competitiveness.Center office as a core component of the postal service express delivery industry, to shoulder the responsibility is major, do a good job center office employees incentive to enterprise efficiency increase and improve the core competitiveness of a lot of help.X postal district center office as one of the national63secondary center office, play an important role in the entire network.This article take the research methods of theory with practice, in summarizes existing incentive theory and method on the basis of combining the current situation of the postal district center office X, questionnaires and interviews to obtain first-hand information for clues, for X postal district center office staff incentive mechanism is studied.Questionnaire compiled by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and comprehensive incentive theory as the basis, combined with interviews with employees involved to the staff value degree is high, have orchestrated the incentive effect of thought.For the current incentive satisfaction questionnaire involved, working conditions, salary, training, benefits, career planning, working environment, spiritual motivation and leadership behavior nine aspects.A total of600questionnaires, the actual back575effective questionnaires were questionnaire recovery rate95.83%.Through the questionnaire data analysis, it is concluded that X postal district center office employee satisfaction of existing incentive mechanism is low, the staff want to perfect the desire of the existing incentive mechanism, and the existing incentive mechanism is lack, biased and form a single principle, don’t really have the effect of employee motivation.Employees involved in the investigation of the eight kinds of incentives have higher values, and according to the degree of satisfaction-attaches great importance to the degree of scatter plot analysis of8kinds of incentives,(working conditions, salary, training, benefits, career planning, working atmosphere, spiritual motivation and leadership behavior) need to improve and build order.On the results of the survey, this paper X postal district center office employees incentive mechanism to improve and establish corresponding Suggestions are put forward.First in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of incentive mechanism, according to the actual situation proposed the employees consistent with the goal of enterprise, the principle of fair and just, and differentiation.Secondly, according to the need to improve in the order of motivating factors of the eight kinds of suggest to improve and establish incentives.Among them, to eager to perfect salary incentive, career planning and training, is proposed in this paper according to the multiple factors such as labor, sequence of differentiation;at the same time, this paper puts forward to establish a good working atmosphere, to inspire and encourage use leadership influence to employee’s advice.Conclusion of this article:X postal district center office of the existing incentive mechanism can not better satisfy the needs of employees, should from set out actually, theory with practice, both difference, for the perfection of its reasonable.
