With the in-depth development of the world multi-polarization,economic globalization,the progress of science and technology change rapidly,knowledge economy be just unfolding,accelerate talent development is in the fierce international competition to win a major strategic choice of active.China is in a critical stage of development,we should continue to play the advantages of human resources,speed up the comparative advantage of the formation of the competition for talent,and gradually realize the transformation from resources to talent.Who can put "people" as the key resources are used properly and give full play to their potential,who is strong in the market and competition,so enterprises in the allocation of resources and personnel management,especially the staff training,must work,deep research.China's Securities Exchange Company has more than 200,the mumber of staff has also risen to reportage,securities companies usually adopt documented appointment system,the overall cultural level of workers is high,but because of China's securities market is still very young,development is not mature,so there are defects in the selection and training of professionals.The professional skills of staff should be improved.Especially in the face of globalization,the trend of economic globalization,the rapid development of China's economic momentum,transforming Domestic Company shareholding has pursued,securities,stocks,funds,finance is no longer hot words,as the key link of capital market securities company responsibility,this important mission will be to implement the various securities company employees.Therefore,attention to professional skills of staff improvement,focus on staff training to become represent the general trendIn this paper,through the analysis of statistical data of Guangzhou securities company employees exists in training system vulnerabilities,hope that through Guangzhou securities company builds a competency model broker based on the training system,to solve the existence of securities companies in the staff training issues play a certain reference role.
