| Nowadays,the domestic TCM market is booming with great potential market demand,and the competition goal of modern TCM enterprises has changed from resource and technology competition to talent competition.T Company is a TCM pharmaceutical company which is developing steadily in the province and has great market potential.It has diversified business modules such as TCM decoction pieces,Chinese patent medicine,TCM formula granules and great health,etc.All functional departments are important support and guarantee for the four businesses of the company.At present,the management personnel of various functional departments are in short supply and can not match their positions.In order to further promote the training of management personnel of the company,ensure that the development of employees is consistent with the strategic objectives of the company,improve the attraction of outstanding management personnel,maintain the innovation ability of the enterprise,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise,the enterprise must pay attention to the construction and optimization of the management personnel training system.Making the enterprise form its own unique training system is conducive to the construction of high-quality management talent echelon suitable for the development of the company.At the same time,it is also conducive to the realization of strategic objectives and the improvement of core competitiveness of the enterprise.Competency model refers to a series of qualities that a person must possess to complete a certain task and achieve a certain goal.The combination of competency model and enterprise strategy shows the important part of the different qualities that employees must have to complete a certain task,and also reflects the strategic goals and development needs of the enterprise.Therefore,in order to establish a more scientific and effective training system for managers,this paper takes the managers of T Company as a case study and optimizes the company’s training system for managers by introducing and implementing the competency model.The competency elements of T company’s managers were collected and extracted through literature research,questionnaire survey,behavioral event interview,etc.,and the competency elements of various functional management positions were rated and verified by the above methods.Finally,the competency model of T Company’s managers was obtained.After this optimization design,T company’s management training system will become more perfect.We have not only solved the deficiencies of T Company’s training management system,but also provided high-quality courses and external teachers for the training of management personnel,and through the classification and management of training courses,we can better meet the training needs.Through these improvements,we have finally established a training system based on the competency model,which aims at managers to better help enterprises achieve strategic goals. |
