With the rapid development of China’s economy,enterprises need to constantly improve the core competitiveness of the organization in order to adapt to the development law of the market.The cultivation of talents is the key factor for enterprises to enhance their competitive advantage.Constantly improving the ability and quality of talents has become an important strategic policy of enterprises.As an effective way to cultivate talents,training has occupied a very important position in the development of enterprises.However,the training courses of most enterprises are mere formality,and the training content can not meet the real needs of employees.R enterprise has not been established for a long time,the OEM products are relatively single,and due to the particularity of its industry,it mainly focuses on streamlined and repetitive operations,and the technical requirements are not high.Therefore,the company does not pay enough attention to training and invest less in the development and construction of training courses.This will cause employees to get less help from training,and the reaction is that employees are less and less motivated to participate in training.By using the methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire and data analysis,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the working state of employees in R enterprise and the problems existing in the training system of R enterprise,and looks for the "hidden" courses that have actual needs for employees but are not included in the training plan by the enterprise from the perspective of competence.Through the development of "hidden" courses,and in the process of course development,this thesis gives optimization suggestions on the training system of R enterprise from the aspects of training instructor management and training effect evaluation,so as to help r enterprise establish a perfect training system.Through effective training,improve the comprehensive quality of employees,improve their competence in the job,improve their work efficiency,and then help enterprises improve production efficiency,so that the training courses can really meet the needs of employees and the company,and give full play to the greatest role of training.
