In recent years,the railway reform has been accelerated,and higher requirements have been put forward for the employees.Although the railway enterprises already have a relatively complete training course system,there are still many problems.The main embodiment is that the training is arbitrary and lacks scientific demand analysis.The key ability of the position is not clear,the training course and the job requirements do not match.Ignoring the development needs of employees,goals of the enterprise and the staff are not consistent.The training needs of employees with different skill level are rarely paid attention to.The training courses are scattered,with emphasis on technical business and light comprehensive ability.These problems affect the training effect,restrict the improvement of business skills,and hinder the formation of human resources advantage.To solve the above problems,this paper from the theoretical research,this paper reviews the theory of competency and training at home and abroad research results,analysis of the current situation of enterprise training in our country,this paper expounds the competency model combined with staff training course design possibilities.Subsequently,the organization structure,personnel composition,skill situation and training situation of Shi Jia Zhuang electric section were investigated,the main problems affecting the training and staff learning effect were analyzed,and the solution was proposed.Third,to equipment maintenance jobs as the research object,through position analysis,defining the blue-chip selection standard,the control sample,collect data,such as step,in-depth study support professional behavior standards and performance required of professional quality,refining the key ability,construct the competency model.Finally,this paper discusses the competency model was applied to the training course system of specific methods,design the training course,refine the training content,clear employee career development path,form the staff learning map,and validate the practice effect.
