Design And Implementation Of A Volunteer Service Management System Based On Web Technology

With the rapid development of our country's voluntary service,more and more voluntary organizations and volunteers have joined in various forms of voluntary service activities,in order to organize and arrange the activities of voluntary service projects more rationally and efficiently,There is an urgent need for a higher level of information management platform to help volunteers to manage the relevant departments and personnel to carry out work,so as to achieve the institutionalization and normalization of voluntary services.The main task of the project is to develop a unified,full-featured,efficient and convenient online registration platform and information management platform for the volunteers in Jiangsu province.In the design and implementation of this system,the research background of the volunteer management system and the significance of the research are studied firstly,and the present development of volunteer service is analyzed,and a series of information management modes and realization forms of voluntary service activities are discussed.Then it expounds the research methods and related technologies used in the system development,including Web technology,Java EE Technology,Apache server technology,Oracle database technology and so on.Then through the detailed system requirement analysis of the volunteer service management system,the design of the system's business process and the basic function module of the system and the function module of each system are given,and the data model and the system architecture diagram are built.This system mainly involves the module including the volunteer Service platform,volunteer management system,volunteer service organization management system,volunteer service department management system and other four modules,on this basis,taking into account the interactive needs and promotion needs,the system front-office interface,Design and implementation of the security aspects of the mobile app and system of the volunteer service,finally,the platform and the existing multiple related business platform integration and docking,to solve the province in the years of volunteer information isolation,data statistical standards are not unified,so that the province's voluntary service continued healthy development has played a huge role in promoting.In the system research process,I mainly responsible for the voluntary service system in-depth analysis and research,the system overview and related technologies to explore,so as to carry out the system requirements analysis,and participate in the design and implementation of the system and part of the test work,The research of this subject has some value and practical significance for the development of volunteer service.
