Research And Analysis On Volunteer Management System Of Jiangmen Traditional Chinese Medicine School Youth Volunteer Association

Jiangmen School of Chinese Medicine at present the large number of young volunteers, the traditional manual management methods have been unable to meet existing demand, the Communist Youth League Committee of Jiangmen medicine urgently needed to meet their needs to develop a volunteer management system. Paper use object-oriented methods and UML modeling language for software requirement analysis, do the preliminary work for the volunteer management system development.The paper introduces the research background of traditional Chinese medicine school in Jiangmen Youth Volunteer Association Volunteer Management System, project significance and current research and application of, clearly the main work content and research, and the use of software engineering techniques and analysis methods for object-oriented business were analyzed. Business analysis, process shown in the flowchart existing main management business, clearly the problems existing business processes through business process optimization, reconstructed after the transformation of the main business of electronic business processes; in functional analysis, the paper carried a use-case modeling, use case diagrams and given use case description, a clear function of the system. On the basis of functional analysis, given the structure of the overall function of the system architecture and the functional modules, including volunteer recruitment management, audit management volunteers, volunteer information management, volunteer activity management, evaluation and reward volunteer management, volunteer exit management system management modules; the data analysis, the thesis of the data processed by the various functions of the system were analyzed and the entity class diagram describes the basic structure of the database table. Finally, the paper did research and analysis are summarized, and further work in the future.Paper has formed a construction ideas Jiangmen Youth Volunteer Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine School Volunteer Management System, and also completed the integrity of the system design, system development and research-based work to lay the foundation.
