The Design And Implementation Of Volunteer Management System Which Based On Web Technology In Zhuhai College Of Jilin University

Volunteer is the important embodiment of pass love and spread civilization, which occupies the important position in the modern social development. When volunteers in the care of others, they also spread the true love. Entering the21st century, with the maturity and perfection of software engineering technology all kinds of volunteer activities carried out in the network. The volunteer who participate in volunteer activities has the dual effect of "right" and "duty". Youth volunteer can get the corresponding quality of its ascension while in the service of others, and their spiritual world and soul is satisfied. Therefore, Participating in the volunteer is both "help" and "help oneself, is both happiness and make others happiness. To develop a volunteer management system for volunteer activities, volunteer team, communicating with each other among volunteer and promoting the development of civilized society has very important significance, which also the important embodiment of changing the existing mode of volunteer activity participated in the university.The development and implementation of volunteer management system is based on Web platform, which combining with Asp.net technology and Sql server database. When we are designing and implementing the system, first of all, we analysis of volunteer management system and researching its background carefully and summarizing the development of the existing and the current situation, and analysis the current research status and development trend at home and abroad. At the same time in this paper, the research methods used by system and related technology are summarized, through the volunteer management system we analysis the requirement in detail, which includes the system requirements analysis, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, so as to give business processes and business functions in the system. Through the analysis of system flow chart, system use cases and use case describes, in system design and the overall design, each function module design, database design, overall planning, through HIPO diagrams of H figure, IPO, IPO table, the processing flow chart of system design in detail, and use the attribute entity relationship, e-r diagram and the packet structure is relatively systematic design, at the same time the system was introduction to the front desk interface, volunteers, volunteer activities, love bank, make a wish, withdrawal, etc interface implementation, finally volunteer management system in the Zhuhai College of Jilin University is summarized and prospected.In the process of system researching, I mainly work on the volunteer system in-depth analysis and research, discusses the overview of the system and related technology, and system requirements analysis. At the same time I participated in designing the system and testing work to make sure the system can satisfy volunteer activities and management develop smoothly in the Zhuhai College of Jilin University, and provided the feasibility scheme and system development technology for other colleges and universities’volunteer management.
