Design And Realization Of “volunteer” Pharmaceutical Service System In Tongxiang Health School

In the “volunteer” pharmaceutical service program launched by Tongxiang Health School,the great staff mobility of students and service workers and a wide range of pharmaceutical services result in high error rates in pharmaceutical services.Under this background,this paper designs and realizes a pharmaceutical service system based on Wechat public accounts,in hope to rebuild the trust with patients and their families in “volunteer” pharmaceutical services and provide them with more convenient,reasonable and perfect pharmaceutical services.“Volunteer” pharmaceutical service system in Tongxiang Health School includes two parts,namely front-end system and back-end system.The front-end system is based on the Wechat public account and uses PHP as the development language.Users can access to the front-end system only by adding Wechat accounts.The back-end system is based on the computer and uses C# as the development language.As the database of this system,MySQL provides the front-end and back-end systems with data support and management services.The front-end system is oriented towards patients and their family members,including 3 function modules,such as my prescription,common service and service comment.It realizes functions of binding medical cards,checking herbal prescription histories,decocting process and volunteer service promotion information,as well as commenting on volunteer pharmaceutical services,etc.The back-end system is volunteer workers-oriented,covering 10 function modules,such as medical card registration,prescription input,prescription categories selection,prescription printing,prescription status inquiry,tag printing,packaging,statistics,personnel maintenance and drug maintenance.The back-end system sets different user rights,and ordinary users such as volunteer workers can complete business functions such as registration of medical cards,prescription entry,printing,tracking,etc.Administrator users can realize business functions such as personnel maintenance,medicine maintenance,statistical inquiry,etc.Patients and their family members can check real-time status of prescriptions through front-end Wechat accounts.By drawing ER diagram,MySQL's table structure is designed.We have created WeChat user table,patient information table,public prescription number table,public prescription list,patient public prescription correspondence table,medicine information table,prescription status tracking table,prescription status tracking sub-table,prescription category table,status table,and staff information table.The ”volunteer” pharmaceutical service system has been officially used in pharmaceutical service programs in Tongxiang Health School.After keeping test,trial and improvement for a period of time,each function has been able to satisfy daily pharmaceutical service work now.The application of this system effectively improves the quality of “volunteers” pharmaceutical services in Tongxiang Health School.
