Research On Volunteer Service Of Public Libraries In Henan Province

With the rapid development of social civilization and spiritual civilization,volunteer service has gradually draw a widely public attention.Volunteer service refers to the contribution activists not for any material reward circumstances,can undertake the social responsibility and not enough to pay personal time and dedication spirit.Based on mainland China public library volunteer service,and management are still in the exploratory stage,while both volunteer service and it's management mechanism in foreign countries,China's Hong Kong and Taiwan Library have been mature.A complete supervision system of volunteer service must be established and improved.In this paper,the integrated use of literature,Field research,Telephone interview,Internet survey and contrast research method to collect public libraries in our country to carry out the volunteer service information,depth analysis of the current situation of Public Library Volunteer Service in China,combined with the volunteer management theory and practice,the analysis of existing public service development in China Volunteer problems,combined with China's development of new information the trend,put forward constructive suggestions on the public library volunteer service in China.This paper includes the following seven aspects:The first chapter introduces the current situation of research at home and abroad,puts forward the research background and significance,the main research content,framework,research methods.The second chapter is about the theory of public volunteer service.The third chapter researches the current situation of Public Library Volunteer Service in Henan,The fourth chapter mainly works out the existing problems of public library service by using many methods.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the promotion strategy and path of Public Library Volunteer Service in Henan.The sixth chapter refers to the development trend of Public Library Volunteer Service in china.The seventh chapter is the conclusion.Summarize the research results.
