Design And Implementation Of PICC P&C OA System

In today's society,computer technology has been developed rapidly,and the network technology is developing rapidly.People can easily and quickly find all kinds of information needed through the Internet.In the age of information,people's office and life are inseparable from the network,and it is also an indispensable source of power for our social development.For the major units and enterprises,how to deal with a large amount of data and how to use it effectively has become an urgent problem.The PICC OA system studied in this thesis is based on actual business needs,through research and analysis,combined with the current status and development trend of the business,using software engineering thinking,using workflow technology,J2 EE technology and SQL Server database design and development.PICC OA system.This thesis first analyzes the concept and development status of the office management system.Then the research background and research significance of PICC OA system are discussed in detail,which provides the basis for the research of this thesis.Then,it introduces the related technologies and tools used in the actual development process of PICC OA system,including J2 EE.Technology,as well as MyEclipse development platform,SQL Server database,etc.;according to the actual needs of the PICC OA system,the system includes functional modules such as receipt management,document management,document management,personal office management and system management.Finally,the content of analysis,design,implementation and testing of PICC OA system is expounded in turn,and the advantages and defects of the system are analyzed while the successful test is completed,and the future development of the system is given positively outlook.
