Under the background of informationization, many enterprises in order to improve the production efficiency, began to have the use of information technology to the enterprise production and management mode reform, one of the business office of information is the one of the most important content, which also produced the office automation system, through the office automation system to achieve business office automation, standardization and informationization, can effectively raise the efficiency of the office and on the whole enterprise production management has important significance.But our country small and medium-sized enterprise due to the limited size of the enterprise,can not be put into a lot of money to buy on the market price of expensive office automation system and office automation function on the market complex, does not conform to the characteristics of business management in the small and medium-sized enterprises, the current our country a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises are still using the traditional manual or semi automatic office management mode, not only the working efficiency of the office management mode is lower and office costs higher.Therefore, it is necessary for small and medium-sized enterprise management characteristics, the development of a small business in the office of the office automation system.This system is according to the practical needs of BQ in enterprise development, the workflow technology, J2 EE, SSH framework technology, B / S system structure, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 database management system for BQ Company developed an office automation system. In the function of the system, the idea of modular design, the system into the workflow module, module of human resource management, administrative office management module, document management module, personal affairs management module, knowledge management module and system management module, these modules work can cover the BQ Company’s all business process, and make full use of the workflow technology, workflow model, enterprises can adopt a list view with to create a flexible workflow instances, not only can realize the informationization of existing business process, but also to the enterprise business process optimization. The system uses the modular design concept, while the system based on the SSH framework uses a hierarchical structure design, reduce the coupling between the modules and the level of the system,improve the system’s scalability. At the same time, the entire system code to support theopen source, support the two development, effectively improve the system’s versatility, so that the system can be widely used in small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the application value of the system. In addition, the system also constructs a perfect security system, so that the system has a good security and reliability, and after a rigorous system testing, the system also has a good running performance.
