| With the rapid advance of modern science technology, especially the quick development of computer technology, network technology, communication technology and automation technology, the application and technology of office automation has developed in high level. It has become an important mark of modern society.This article analyses status in quo of office automation system and combines the request and those problems that been meet with in the process of information. After analysis, the author designed and developed this office automation system based on J2EE. This article explains detailed the design for the office automation system, including objective, principle, function module, architecture and security. J2EE and cooperation techniques are combined to construct a uniform office platform. It solves that the official operations are disposed by more departments, and eliminates information isolation in the interior of the corporation. This paper especially discusses and researches the workflow. The author implemented the workflow automation, including flow class management, flow definition, form management, work transaction, work watch and work query. This paper designs a HTML form builder. After the users design Word form according to operations, the system automatically accomplishes the extraction and disposal of the control in order to change the uncontrolled HTML form to the dynamic form. This paper describes the architecture, user interface, main flow, integration system design and implementation for network meeting. This system is based on J2EE architecture and makes full use of this software architecture.The office automation system has been adopted in Career Guidance and Advisory Service of Higher Education Graduates Liaoning Province, Second Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, Shenyang University of Technology and Shenyang Universitysuccessfully, which proves that the system design schemes are reasonable, advanced, applied and universal. |
