In the process of social development,the speed of knowledge upgrading puts forward new requirements for people's learning and development.Continuing education is an important part of education and the most important part of adult lifelong education.Editors,as the production processors of knowledge and culture,face the continuous development of social knowledge and culture,the upsurge of new media technology and digital publishing development,and need to constantly enrich their own knowledge reserve,so as to lay a solid foundation for better knowledge and culture communication.Continuing education is an important part of on-the-job training for editors and an effective way to realize lifelong education for editors.Before conducting editor to continue education,edit post competency quality analysis,through the analysis of study edit post core competency quality,understand the core of the edit post editorial staff care about the most qualified quality,according to the editor to competency requirements can be targeted for continuing education curriculum design work,to achieve "on-demand class",will continue to truly implement education work,editors at the same time,establish a continuing education courses to carry out assessment and security system,to ensure continuing education smoothly.This study selected shaanxi xinhua publishing group of editorial staff as the research object,through the study of the competence of group edit post personnel quality analysis,draw a group edit post core competence quality,based on the design to the requirement of competence quality of employees in shaanxi province xinhua publishing media group to continue education curriculum system,for the group to continue education career and the editorial staff training provides the reference.
