Design And Implementation Of The Network Training System For Teachers’ Continuing Education In Primary And Secondary Schools

Advanced study and training is an important way for teachers’ professional development.However,traditional large-scale face to face training has failed to meet the ambitions of many teachers who anticipate to get trained as needed and be aware of any dynamic change in education as it happens.Online training has hence come into being just in time as an innovationto meet the needs of teachers and it is increasingly gaining ground,thanks to the fact that it confines no boundary of time,space and scale.Nowadays,the advantage of modern distance education has made itself obvious in the training of primary and secondary teachers,especially those in rural areas,so has the need of developing distance training based on the Internet given the status quo of China’s education.Nevertheless,most teachers located in Mazhang District are still being trained by means of traditional meetings.This is because,the educational management theredoes not seem familiar with the building and the application of distance education while still making its way to explore.Therefore,it is of paramount importance for distance educationresearchers to build online training platform and discuss its viability and effectiveness for the rural teaching sector.In the meantime,it is also important to discuss the building of online training system for the continuing education of teachers in Mazhang District.Based on surveys with regard to the needs of online training among primary and secondary teachers in Mazhang District,and the analysis and consideration of the status quo of online training platforms at home and abroad,the present study proposes using online training to advance primary and secondary teachers’ professional development.In this light,the study has managed to design,develop and build an online training system for primary and secondary teachers’ professional development.Mainly including curriculum management,resource management,offline operations,online examination,intelligent question answering and behavior analysis module.In order to realize the intelligence of the intelligent question answering system,the based on data mining technique is proposed for artificial neural network retrieval method,improve the ability of the system’s retrieval;the design and realize the online examination system with the random test,time control,automatic scoring function.The system takes the B/S model as architecture,uses PHP as the technology development,and MySQL as the database development tool,combined with the streaming technology to realize the construction of the system.
