Along with the Kunshan primary and secondary school teachers continuingeducation and training in an all-round way, continuing education for primary and middleschool teachers’ management has become more and more complex and arduous, thetraditional teacher continuing education information management methods and meanshave been very difficult to adapt to the needs of the situation. The integration of variousresources by using existing information technology, standardize teacher continuingeducation training and management, improve the efficiency of training and management,to further promote the teachers’ continuing education informatization construction, hasbecome a pressing matter of the moment of teachers’ Continuing EducationManagement department.In this paper, the implementation of the actual demand of further education ofteachers in remote schools according to the Kunshan City, Kunshan City, the continuingeducation of school teachers as the research content, in-depth analysis of the status quoof continuing education for primary and middle school teachers in Kunshan city and theinformation demand, the continuing education of primary and middle schools inKunshan City, analysis of the current situation, and puts forward the reform of teachertraining mode of small and medium learning under the guidance of the theories, startingfrom these requirements, the paper proposes a solution of Web based on the teachers’continuing education management system, and puts forward the integration systemdesign. In the stage of system analysis, this paper analyzes the demand of the wholesystem function and user role hierarchy, subsystem and function modules werediscussed, the system main functional requirements and non-functional requirements,modeling using the object oriented design method and UML modeling language,modeling software Visio software system, the system use case model is given; in thesystem design phase, combined with computer software and hardware platform of thesystem detailed design, and gives the main design principle, system structure design, themain class design and database design; in the implementation stage, the system uses thepopular B/S (Browser/Server) software architecture, using Microsoft Windows Server2003as the operating system, using ASP.NET technology, SQLServer2005as thebackground database, using the design method based on the realization of the role, function, resource browse and download offline operation, online test and result inquiry,learning behavior records.The development of the system based on.NET technology platform, using C#language development, the system design using B/S structure mode, use IIS serverenvironment, with the help of campus network, the client access server through thebrowser, to achieve a variety of functions. In this paper, the design of continuingeducation network platform has the characteristics and advantages of wide coverage,high benefit, sharing quality resources, strong interactivity, diversity in form, can becompatible with mainstream browsers, provide background data management functions,can meet the large scale, category, individual training needs.
