The system adopted the design pattern, MVC, for the development and design of the system, the associated manager client can be operated through the WEB. System was developed by the eclipse development software and SQL SERVER2008database and system functions was made by classifying, so that users can use the system in simple interface.This system mainly completed the design of five functions of the professional continuing education management system of Changsha City:system management, basic information management, course information management, learning management and examination results management. The system can implemented high efficiency, visualization and humanization of the continuing education management in Changsha City, and ensure impeccable management and strict security of personal information and unit information, and the system facilitated professionals in Changsha City to do management work of continuing education effectively. The system can meet the professionals’ continuing education management work needs, implement scientific management of unit information, personnel information, subject information and student achievement, and precise store and manage the corresponding data information, which greatly improving efficiency and security of the professionals’continuing education management work in Changsha City and reducing the cost of the work.
