Research On The Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Transfer Between Individuals In Academic Forums

With the development of network technology and the popularization of Internet,information exchange is no longer limited to the traditional face-to-face way.As a virtual platform for knowledge exchange,network forum gradually changes people's communication mode and habit.As a kind of social activity,knowledge transfer is the basis of realizing knowledge innovation.As the basic unit of knowledge transfer,the study of knowledge transfer between individuals is beneficial to better team and organization.The transfer of knowledge.However,referring to a large number of literatures,the research on knowledge transfer between individuals has not been paid attention to,and the research direction is mostly from the perspective of enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to study the transfer of knowledge between individuals from the academic forum platform in the field of knowledge management.With the help of academic forums,knowledge transfer and other relevant documents,this paper firstly,according to the particularity of knowledge transfer in academic forums and the elements of transfer process,takes the model of knowledge transfer components proposed by Vito Albino as the theoretical basis.Starting with four major factors: transfer subject(knowledge sender and recipient),transfer content,transfer medium,and transfer scenario,combining with the characteristics of academic forum as a virtual academic community,Construct the model of influencing factors of knowledge transfer among individuals in academic forums.Secondly,on the basis of the questionnaire,this paper carries on the empirical research,uses the SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software to carry on the test to the model.In order to find out the main factors affecting the effect of knowledge transfer between individuals in academic forums.Finally,in order to promote the effect of individual knowledge transfer in academic forums,this paper puts forward some suggestions.
