With the progress of information and communication technology and the continuous improvement of researchers' demand for personalized academic communication, the new academic media has gradually developed into one of the important media that attaches equal importance to the carrier of real academic communication.Compared with the traditional way of academic exchanges, with the help of the Internet academic information resources implemented across time and space, the scientific research personnel through academic new media can real-time academic exchanges with other individuals or groups, not only can understand the research progress of related disciplines through knowledge sharing or theoretical breakthrough, you can also acquire knowledge through communication and realize the innovation in academic or solve the problem of scientific research. It can be said that academic new media has increasingly become an important communication platform for researchers to share academic information and knowledge. However,in the actual application process, there is still a phenomenon that some users'recognition of academic new media and their participation in knowledge exchange and interaction are both low. Therefore,in order to explain and improve the current situation,it is of vital importance to study and grasp the influence of factors on the intention and behavior of scientific research users' knowledge sharing, which is also the key content to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of academic new media and has important theoretical and practical significance. This research mainly adopts the empirical research method, and selects the academic virtual community which has great user influence in many academic new media as the main object. In the qualitative analysis stage, the identification of influencing factors is mainly completed.First, the user interview data was collected through semi-structured interview. Then, under the guidance of grounded theory method to conduct open coding, axial coding, selective coding saturation test and theory,a total of 17,refine the initial category five main categories and summarized as three dimensions and a core category. In the phase of quantitative research, the main work is to test the influencing factors.According to the qualitative analysis of the effect of extracting factors to build a virtual community research academic users knowledge sharing behavior influence factor theory model, through the questionnaire survey method to collect data, and with the help of the related analysis software in order to sample descriptive statistical analysis, test and confirmatory factor analysis, reliability and validity of which impact on the academic in the virtual community research test user knowledge sharing behavior factors and importance of the various influence factors. The empirical research results show that the research hypothesis based on the theoretical model has been verified, the behavioral of scientific research users participating in knowledge sharing in academic virtual communities is indirectly affected by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social impact, perceived risk, and is directly affected by contributing factors and users' sharing intentions.Among them, perceived ease of use has the greatest influence on the intention of scientific research users to share knowledge, while social influence has the least influence.Based on the results of the above research and analysis, some suggestions for operation optimization are put forward, which can provide reference for the development of academic virtual community and the knowledge sharing behavior of scientific research users.
