The rapid development of network technology is changing our way of life and constantly changing the way users communicate and disseminate information. The resulting virtual academic community provides users with an open and convenient academic exchange platform, and provides a new way for individuals and organizations to contribute knowledge. For the virtual academic community, the content of user knowledge contribution is the main source of community resources, and the sustainable and healthy development of the community is inseparable from the user's continuous knowledge contribution behavior. However, judging from the current actual development situation, the virtual academic community is faced with problems such as low user viscosity and fewer users who continue to participate in knowledge contributions, which poses a challenge to the sustainable development of the virtual academic community.User knowledge contribution behavior is a key factor that affects the sustainable development of virtual academic communities. It has attracted widespread attention from community operators and scholars. However, existing studies have mostly focused on exploring the willingness of users to contribute to knowledge, while continuing to contribute to users' knowledge. There is less research on behavior. Therefore, this article takes the knowledge contributors of the virtual academic community as the research object, and based on the systematic review of domestic and foreign literature, uses the methods of qualitative research and empirical research to conduct in-depth research on the continuous knowledge contribution behavior of users in the virtual academic community. The main research work of this paper is as follows: First, the motivation of users' continuous knowledge contribution behavior is analyzed through qualitative research methods, and the formation process of users' continuous knowledge contribution behavior is revealed.Secondly, based on the existing research results and rooted conclusions, based on the extended information system continuous use model,a model of the factors affecting the continuous knowledge contribution behavior of users in the virtual academic community is constructed. After proposing relevant research hypotheses, data were collected through questionnaire surveys, and SPSS23.0 and AMOS24.0 were used for data analysis and processing to verify the model and hypothesis. Finally, based on the conclusions of qualitative research and empirical research, this paper proposes incentive strategies to promote users' continuous knowledge contribution behavior,in order to provide reference and reference for operators and managers of virtual academic communities. On the theoretical level, this research has enriched the research on user behavior in virtual academic communities and perfected the theoretical system of users' continuous knowledge contribution behavior in this field. At the practical level,it provides guidance and suggestions for the virtual academic community to promote users' continuous participation in knowledge contribution, which is of great significance to promote the healthy development of the virtual academic community.
