This chapter is the foundation of the Research and it mainly expounds the research background and motivation of this article and raises the research question, points out the research purpose and meaning, clears the research objects, research methods and ideas. At last, the writer makes a preliminary specification for the main research content and the paper structure arrangement so as to lay a good theoretical basis for the follow-up studies; Chapter Two is about the literature review. The writer collects, filters, sorts, analyses and induces the related literature. Then this study analyzes the status of the research on knowledge transfer in domestic and foreign. At last, the writer summarizes the deficiency of previous studies and the theory blank to lay theory basis for putting forward the research approach and research model; Chapter Three is about knowledge transfer in social networking sites. At last, the writer comes to the research conclusion and interprets the empirical research results; Chapter Five is about the research summary and outlook.
