Research On The Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Innovation Behavior Of Academic Community

With the development of Internet and information technology,the network community has gradually become the important platform of people for emotional communication,information communication and knowledge sharing.Network community members are like in real community plays a different role,through group interaction,trust,and a certain specification accumulate useful resources in the community,in order to achieve a particular purpose.As a special community,the academic community has gathered a large number of academic resources,which can better meet the needs of scientific research workers in the aspect of academic information.At the same time,through the establishment of interactivity,the members of the academic community can communicate and share information and knowledge in the field of professional,and form innovation knowledge by the collision of ideas.In the virtual environment,the knowledge innovation behavior of net citizens have responded powerfully to the call of prime minister Li Keqiang,"innovation".However,the knowledge innovation ability of academic community often reflect on the knowledge innovation behavior of members.Therefore,it is of great significance to the academic community in the role of scientific research work that to further research of the influence factors of knowledge innovation behavior of academic community members and to improve the academic community members to participate in the activities of knowledge innovation network's enthusiasm.Taking the members of “The home of economic management” BBS as the research object,according to the social capital theory,this paper explore the three dimensions: structural capital,cognitive capital and relationship capital,how to influence the knowledge innovation behavior of academic community.According to these factors,this paper put forward the research hypothesis and the factor model of members' knowledge innovation behavior in academic community,combining with statistical analysis software SPSS and AMOS structural equation modeling software for empirical research.In this paper,the research results show that the social capital of collective interaction,personal professional knowledge,values,trust,mutual benefit and community recognition on the development of new problems and ideas and the innovation of the tacit knowledge of academic community knowledge innovation behavior have a significant impact.According to the results of this research,this paper puts forward the corresponding management proposals to provide the reference for promoting members' knowledge innovation behavior in academic community and the sustainable development of the academic community.
