In 21st century, the globe has entered the knowledge economy era characterized with informatization, networking as well as digitalization. A brand-new concept is put forward under the background of knowledge economy---namely, knowledge service, which generally means that knowledge stems from information and is the result of information sublime. Meanwhile, it is also a good opportunity to enhance the awareness of the entire social archives. However, how to extract and excavate the valuable knowledge from the tremendous amount of digital information is critical to solve the archive user's actual problems as well as being one of the subjects that shall be confronted in the construction of digital archives and the utilization of service in the future. On the basis of the above mentioned methods, propose assessment index system mode for digital archives knowledge service modes and make quantitative analysis and conclude each characteristic by adopting fuzzy comprehensive assessment methods, thereby providing difference choices and reference for the digital archives to implement knowledge service.
