Research On Software Development Project Performance Of A Company Based On Society-technology System Perspective

A company is a comprehensive financial technology company that provides products and services to the financial industry in the Asia-Pacific region.The company has a mature software development project implementation methodology.Combined with my internship experience in the leasing and chain Rongyun business department of A company,the software development project implementation methodology is so perfect,but there is still a large room for improvement in project performance as a starting point for software development project performance research.This article first reviews and combs the relevant theoretical literature at home and abroad,and combs internship experience and company internal data to sort out the current status of A company's software development project performance.Through the interview method,the company's software development project performance was diagnosed with two major problems:general product performance and customer satisfaction,and poor process performance,and the cause analysis was conducted.Then applying the social-technical system theory to the software development project,and combining the interviews to build a software development project performance influencing factor model based on the social-technical system perspective,designing the questionnaire,and then conducting a survey on each customer division of the A company software sector the members of the ABU project team distributed questionnaires to test the rationality and scientific of the model through questionnaire recovery and data analysis.Finally,based on the obtained research model and combined with the actual situation of A Company,starting from the key influencing factors,putting forward practical and detailed countermeasures and suggestions in order to improve the performance of A Company's software development projects.This article enriches the case studies of domestic software development enterprise project performance,examines the applicability of the social-technical system theory in the performance of software development projects,and constructs a model of influencing factors of software development project performance based on a social-technical perspective;refinement the social and technical factors were found,and the influence of situational factors in the model was also found,which further improved the social-technical system theoretical model.Based onthe final research model,the software development project performance improvement countermeasures are proposed,which has reference significance for the software development project performance management of A company and its similar enterprises.
