The demand for electronic measuring equipment is also increasing with the rapid development of electronic technology.The existing electronic measuring equipment is developed in two directions,one is a high-performance desktop instrument,such as a desktop oscilloscope,a vector network analyzer,a power analyzer,etc.;the other is to develop into miniaturization,such as a handhold multimeter,handhold Logic analyzer,etc.However,for desktop instruments,the volume is large and the operation is not convenient;for the current common handhold instruments,the volume is still large,especially for the measurement of SMT components on the circuit board,and the measurement is not convenient enough.In addition,the measurement accuracy and measurement rate of handhold instrumentation are significantly lower than that of general benchtop instruments,and there is nothing that can be done under the measurement of more precise or dynamic data.This paper introduces an electronic measuring instrument based on the shape of the dice,which has the functions of voltage,current and resistance measurement of a general digital multimeter.Scientific considerations have been made on device selection,circuit structure,and data processing.An improved electronic measuring instrument structure for measuring small circuit boards has been proposed.This article uses STM32L432KB as the processor;TS5A3359 analog switch chip for mode switching;OPA313 micropower operational amplifier for analog front end;TPS78227 and TPS62740 for regulated power supply;BQ24232 for lithium battery charge management;BQ27426 for measuring lithium battery residual power The ADS8885 high-precision ADC performs analog-to-digital conversion;the REF3325 acts as a voltage reference.In this paper,the power supply,voltage reference,signal processing and other circuits have been designed with low power consumption,miniaturization and noise optimization,which adapts to the fast,precise and low power consumption data acquisition requirements.The improved structure greatly facilitates the user to measure the circuit parameters in the high-density circuit board.
