Along with the development of computer technology and information technology has been gradually applied to the various sectors of society, in order to improve the efficiency of the human resource management, management standardization, the first use of Visual C ++and Sql2000 database technology developed efficient hr management system, this system based on C/S architecture and modular design method of database system, realized the standardization of the personnel, safety, paperless, changed the original manual work style, the working efficiency is greatly raised.Secondly, in the management of human resource system based on a large amount of data, and compared several data mining algorithm, choose the algorithm for mining association rules in colleges and universities, database, age, record of formal schooling and title of the papers published in the mining and data mining process analysis compares the advantages and disadvantages of association rule mining algorithm, in view of the actual situation, the improved algorithm based on Apriori array, and in the light of the concrete examples, the first established in data mining models, eliminate redundant discretized by data, based on the improved algorithm mining Apriori array of frequent itemsets. Explorative study in this algorithm in human resource management system in colleges and universities, and found the database age, record of formal schooling and title, the contact between the papers published, can according to the development goal and plan the determination of reasonable manpower, establishing scientific evaluation mechanism of talent, age structure of the faculty provides important scientific methods for talent demand planning, recruitment, training and provide more objective decision support.Results show that this method is of good performance, based on the improved algorithm can Apriori array of data from the potential of knowledge, suitable for human resource data mining...
