With the rapid development of information technology,the popularization and application of multimedia teaching methods,the reform of education and teaching has been further promoted,and the demand of teachers and students in secondary vocational schools for high-quality teaching resources has become more and more urgent.At this time,it is particularly important to create a teaching resource management platform with reasonable content,friendly interface,abundant resources,convenient management and distinctive features,which is also an important part of the construction of smart campus and lays a foundation for the construction of smart learning environment.The author has read a large number of documents and monographs about the teaching resources management platform of secondary vocational schools through the search of China HowNet and Baidu Academy.It is found that most of the current market-oriented teaching resources management platforms are based on universities,which are seldom suitable for secondary vocational schools and have relatively single functions,including user management,information release,retrieval management,resource upload and download,etc.The application effect is unsatisfactory and can not meet the needs of individualized and differentiated teaching and learning.Based on the comprehensive research and analysis of the existing teaching resources management platform,combined with the characteristics of secondary vocational schools and the practical problems in teaching,this paper designs and develops the teaching resources management platform of secondary vocational schools based on ASP.NET technology,which realizes the real digitalization of resources,informatization of teaching and networking of learning.The main research contents are as follows:1.Deeply investigating the needs of different types of users such as teaching managers,teachers and students in Vocational schools.On the basis of in-depth study and analysis of the current domestic secondary vocational schools’demand for teaching resources management,this paper constructs a Web-based teaching resources management platform model for secondary vocational schools.This paper designs a teaching resource management platform which can centralize the management and sharing of teaching resources,provide students with online learning,teachers and students with online communication and interaction.On this platform,users of system administrators have the highest management authority of the platform,that is,all user rights;teaching administrators have all user rights except system management,especially the audit authority and user change authority of all resources;teachers and users can easily manage their own teaching resources,publish and share teaching resources anytime and anywhere,as well as online job batches.Read and feedback,questions and answers,etc.Effective student users can access learning resources at any time and anywhere.2.Based on the theory of software engineering,this paper introduces the design and development of teaching resource management platform in secondary vocational schools in detail from the aspects of requirement analysis,overall design,database design,functional module design and so on.Aiming at the core functions of user login,resource management,curriculum management,homework management and question answering management,the key interface effect diagram and business flow chart are given.3.At present,the platform has been successfully tested in secondary vocational schools,and has achieved certain results.In the process of trial operation,according to the effect and feedback of users,the platform business processes and functional modules were modified and improved appropriately in order to better serve the development needs of vocational education and teaching.The platform of teaching resources management in secondary vocational schools provides an ideal virtual teaching environment for teachers’teaching and students’ learning.It not only realizes the diversification of teaching resources and individualization of learning,but also enriches the means of classroom teaching and expands the way of after-class counseling,so that teachers’teaching and students’ learning are not limited by time and space,so that they can interact with each other in a timely manner and avoid taking questions with them.Overnight topic breaks through the shortcomings in the traditional teaching process,and also incorporates the construction of the intelligent campus and the construction of the intelligent city,which are vigorously promoted by the state at this stage.
